Home values have been steadily rising and prices are expected to continue rising. You have equity in your home and can leverage that equity into buying power!
#2 Overcrowded Home. Is space tight in your home? Is your family growing beyond the space you currently have? Maybe all of your children have left the nest and your place is way too large! Now is the time to make a change and find the right sized home for your situation.
#3: A new home improves your lifestyle. Are you spending hours in traffic for a commute, have a perfect neighborhood picked out, or want to be closer to friends or family? Making a decision to have a better lifestyle, surrounded by what you really want is important. Could changing your living situation positively impact your life?
#4: Your home value. Sometimes you have to strike while the iron’s hot! Your home may be worth more than you think!
