The Wags N’ Whiskers event located at The Village at Shirlington returns this Saturday, August 22, 2015.
The 8th annual Wags N’ Whiskers event takes place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and features over 60 exhibitions, including pet supplies and onsite adoptions.
There will shopping, food, treats, toys, and owners can get their pets’ portrait taken for just $5! In addition, there will be entertainment + kids activities, which include face painting and balloon art. All visitors are encouraged to bring their pets.
The event will also have live music from Dan Haas, from 10 a.m. to 12:45 p.m., and Taylor Carson, from 1:15-4 p.m.
Campbell Avenue and S. Randolph Street will be closed from 5:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. for the event. Street parking will also be limited.
