Construction has begun on the newest condo building along the Orange Line in Arlington.

Situated at 2000 Clarendon Blvd, near the Courthouse metro, this building will give future owners a location convenient to several area attractions and for commuting along the Orange and Silver Lines.
The 2000 Clarendon condo project is being built by Bush Construction and Arlington County approved the site for 90 residential units, nearly 2,000 square feet of ground retail and 112 underground parking spaces. Bush Construction is expected to deliver these luxury condos in the fall of 2019.
