A life-long resident of Northern Virginia, JC was born and raised in the Del Ray part of the City of Alexandria. He learned the value of hard work at the early age of 14, when he spent his summers working in several family businesses. Shortly after meeting his wife, whom was in the real estate industry he started his career as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser and later moved up to become a Certified Residential Appraiser. JC transitioned into becoming a full time Realtor due to his desire to have a more hands on relationship and interaction with customers in real estate transactions. He has been a Realtor in Northern Virginia for over 13 years and is a member of the NAR (National Association of Realtors) and NVAR (Northern Virginia Association of Realtors). He takes great pride in assisting his clients in the home buying process and providing exceptional service.

JC has always been known for his patience, positive attitude, and client accessibility. He is passionate about serving his clients and giving time to serve the community through his local church whenever possible. JC is a proud family man and can be found in his free time embarking on new adventures with his wife, 4 daughters and his Scottish Terrier. As a DC area native JC is a devoted fan of the Washington Redskins and the Nationals. Some of his hobbies include DIY electronics, fine arts, and European professional soccer.

Growing up in a family of Chefs and restaurant owners from both Spain and Italy, he enjoys the diversity of foods around the DC Metro area.
