MaryKate was born and raised in a suburb of Philadelphia, PA. She graduated from the Smeal College of Business at Penn State University with a degree in Business Management, focused in Human Capital management. She likes that her well-rounded degree allowed her to master the topics of leadership, driving workplace culture, and understanding and fostering the needs and goals of other people. After graduating, she started working at a small sales and marketing company in Philadelphia as an Account Manager. Here, she excelled at building rapport and gaining the trust of her customers by showing her knowledgeability of the product and always doing the right thing by both the customer and client involved. In early 2017, she moved with the company to Alexandria, VA to help start a new location as a Recruiter. After successfully growing the office, she joined the Keri Shull Team as a Listing coordinator in February, 2018 in hopes of applying her sales and customer service skills to the fast-paced Real Estate market of the DMV area. In her role, she is excited to support the agent and seller throughout the whole process to make the experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

At Penn State, MaryKate was active in student organizations like Net Impact and THON. Currently living in the Ballston neighborhood of Arlington, she enjoys exploring all the area has to offer, taking yoga classes, attending concerts, and visiting local bars and restaurants with friends and family.
