Rachel is originally from Rochester (Webster), New York and has been a resident of Arlington for 12 years. After completing her studies in both Communications and Public Relations at Geneseo State University, Rachel moved to the DMV and successfully pursued a career in public relations, event planning, and most recently, in strategic communications within the federal consulting space. With her various networks and her most recent venture with corporate housing, Rachel quickly felt a calling to work within the real estate industry and is dedicated to helping clients in Virginia and the greater Washington D.C. area. Rachel has a passion for her family and friends, music, the Buffalo Bills, and pizza. In 2015, Rachel took on a “challenge” to pizza blog about 70 places within 52 weeks in the DMV area, and you will often find people referring to her as “Cheesy Cheechel.” When she is not working, you can find Rachel back in upstate hanging with her family (her four nieces and nephews keep her quite busy!), singing at weddings, or hanging out with the upstate NY natives at an any of the local “Buffalo Bills” bars in the area.
