Sarah comes to the Keri Shull Team with over a decade of leadership experience in both nonprofit and startup sectors. She began her career in development and events in arts nonprofits before transitioning into growing startups. In her most recent role on the leadership team at [solidcore], a national fitness company, Sarah led teams in operations, recruiting, and training that grew the company from its first local DC studio to 73 studios nationwide.

Sarah brings her experience in startup growth and talent development to support the continued success of the Keri Shull Team through strategic, well organized, hyperfast growth while maintaining a culture of highly driven, successful agents and team members who care immensely for the needs of their clients.

Sarah lives in a sun-drenched apartment in Washington, DC with 27 plants that she considers her babies. When not tending to her beloved plants, she loves spending time outdoors and on the water.
