I was looking for a new home for myself and my two dogs due to a military move from California to the DC area. One of my friends, also a realtor, knew about the Keri Shull team’s knowledge and professionalism so he said I should give them a call. I did and he was right! My realtor Drew Carpenter was a great help from start to finish. I gave him some parameters, mostly the area I was looking in as well as it needed to have a big yard for my dogs and he was excellent about narrowing down a list of great homes to look at.
I flew into town about a month later with a list of homes I would like to see. Drew made it a point to dedicate as much time as I needed during my trip to find the perfect home. This initial week was merely to get a feel for the area and fine tune his search criteria, but on the 2nd day we found the perfect house. From there Drew and his team handled everything and even gave me a few loan professionals he knew (this was per my request; I don’t want anyone to think I was pressured in the least). Being that I was in California during the whole home buying process, Drew did everything for me from negotiating, home inspection walk-through, recommendations, picking up the keys at closing, and was there the day that I finally arrived to welcome me. I have owned many homes (being in the military does that) and I have never dealt with a more professional team! Drew is a Rockstar!
