I had a fantastic experience with Drew Carpenter. I’m a first-time homebuyer, and Drew walked me through every step of the process, helping me to feel comfortable and confident. He knows the Arlington/DC area incredibly well, so he was able to help me assess the value of properties and craft the right offer. You can see that he is passionate about what he does, and he’s not just trying to make a quick buck. He spent a lot of time working with me, helping me to understand the market and the area, before I was ready to move. He was very responsive throughout, even if I had a late-night question or lack of availability due to travel and work. I could not be more happy with the place I got and the deal that Drew helped me to work out.
