I was looking for a real estate agent to rent out a townhouse. I spoke to a few other agents but none of them seem to be as knowledgeable of the Alexandria area as Dan and his team. I was impressed immediately by their knowledge and experience in the Arlington/Alexandria area. Dan gave me helpful information on what to expect from the rental process and how to put together the rental application. Dan and his team were extremely hands on in helping me find the perfect renter – and were able to find one quickly even in the middle of winter!!
