We had an agent before we met Kyle Russell and it was a disaster. We lost out on a home we really loved because the other agent was not experienced and didn’t treat us with honesty and respect. We had given up hope, but Kyle kept in touch with us while we recovered until we decided that we were ready to get back into the market. Kyle was always there and he was really communicative at all times. He showed us houses until we found a new house we loved! Once we were under contract Kyle handled everything, it was so easy, easier than we could have imagined and so much better than our first agent! He got us to closing and took care of everything, it was stress free. And now he is still there for us even after closing and the Keri Shull Team is helping us with our move and has brought us into their client family.
