Process expertise: 10/10 – Amy is extremely proficient in the house buying process. She gave me multiple options and strategies along the way to customize how I wanted to approach buying my house, for example, conducting a pre-inspection and crafting a competitive escalation clause. Amy also arranged all meetings, viewings, and points of contact for me with zero problems. Responsiveness: Basically, communicating with Amy is like having a personal 24/7 concierge service, if not better. I never went more than one hour without hearing back from her. Negotiation Skills: Let’s just say Amy is excellent at fact finding. She was able to update me continuously on the number of new bids being submitted and how many showings were taking place at the homes I was interested in. Thanks to Amy, I was the top bid without excessively overpaying – enough said! Miscellaneous: Amy is forthcoming, punctual, transparent, and genuinely pleasant to work with. She listened to my needs and then crafted a personalized home search for me. What impressed me the most is she is one of the few people I worked with in the house buying process who spelled my name right in correspondence the first time. Her attention to detail is top notch!
