My husband and I worked with Dan Lesniak and Andreea Leu over the past several months. We were hit with an increase in our primary mortgage, amongst several bills and had to short sale our home. Andreea and Dan were willing to take on this huge task. They were amazing! From the very beginning, Andreea was efficient, effective and hard working. She kept us in the loop in regards to any/all contact with our mortgage company. As for the sale of our home, we had another obstacle….tenants that were living in our home. She kept in contact with us as well as the tenants, which made the “showing” process a lot smoother. She worked her magic and our house had several offers in a matter of days! All in all, our experience with Orangle Line has been amazing and we are truly appreciative for all they have done for us. We especially thank Andreea for her time, expertise and personal touch.
