In early July 2016 we closed on a beautiful historic colonial home in Arlington, VA. Amy Harasz at Keri Shull was our buy-side broker. Amy is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, talented, and personable–we can recommend her in only the highest terms! Amy’s creative strategy convinced the seller to accept our offer before the scheduled open house took place. The home was listed as “hot” and had been on the market for only a few days and there was substantial interest. We were living in Europe at the time and couldn’t have managed all the logistics alone from abroad–luckily, Amy was there to guide us expertly through the process and clinch the deal! Amy also went out of her way to help us contact area contractors and other service providers (utilities etc.) and has always responded very quickly to any questions we’ve had. She has always exceeded our expectations–Amy is great and we would definitely work with her again in the future!
