I had a stellar experience working with Kyle Russell. Kyle was a referral from a good friend of mine that also works for Keri Shull, but not licensed in DC. I was counting on my friend to refer me to someone who would take care of me, and he absolutely came through. Kyle, was very professional and committed. He was extremely responsive and accommodating, I would text him any time to set up a showing and he would put me in his schedule for the same day or next day. I can be pretty demanding and picky and he was very patient and never made me feel rushed. After we found my perfect house, Kyle walked me through the process and ensured I was well informed. The transaction itself was less than stellar due to issues with the seller, however, Kyle strongly contested on my behalf and ensured the deal happened. He has since followed up with me to ensure that I am still satisfied and that the punch list items are being addressed. Couldn’t have asked for a better agent.
