Melinda was awesome. My wife and I came unexpectedly into the market of buying a house. She worked seamlessly on getting us going right away, got to know what we did and didn’t like and was such a god send at driving us all over to a variety of different neighborhoods. She was really great at getting my opinion, my wife’s opinion and provided insight into scenarios for us to think about that I would of never thought about. We eventually found the perfect fit, in the exact neighborhood we wanted!!
Buying a house can be not only time consuming, but stressful. One thing that really sticks out with Melinda’s character is she made me have fun and laugh all along the way which was great. While she’ll make you laugh, she is without a doubt relentless and on your side. She’ll make sure you get what you want but is very methodical on her approach. Highly recommended, especially as a first time home buyer who knew nothing really about buying a house.
