Simply put, we would not have been able to purchase our home without the help of Melinda. As first time buyers, she was very knowledgeable and patient with us as she walked us through the competitive landscape of the DMV market. She was always available and responded very quickly to any/all queries that we had (and there were many). Most importantly though, she was not pushy and we thoroughly appreciated that.
On the home that we purchased, it was a very competitive bidding process with multiple offers and escalations. We submitted a very competitive offer based on her recommendations, which ended up being the second-highest offer. However, under her guidance, we threatened to withdraw our offer, which got the seller’s attention and we ended up with a house in our dream neighborhood.
We cannot speak anymore highly of Melinda and her professionalism. Buying a house was very stressful for us, but she made the process as easy as possible.
