Working with Richard Yoon and Kristie Link from the Keri Shull team was absolutely incredible. Having worked with Richard previously with a sell/purchase, we knew that he is a dedicated and knowledgeable realtor that easily quelched any anxieties or stresses that came with the entire process. For this sell/purchase, everything was perfect! How Richard and Kristie were able to make this process so smooth and easy for us was simply magical. Our house was under contract in less than two days after it was listed! Every small detail that, as the sellers, we would’ve had to do was taken care of before we had the chance to think about it. We aren’t novices to the process, but everything was explained and made transparent, so we didn’t have questions on what needed to be completed on our part. On the buying side, we saw the same thing, and we’re in our perfect forever home! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Richard and Kristie are amazing!
