I worked with the Keri Shull team on both the buy side and sale side. Their approach is to have their agents specialize in either the sales side or buyer side. It allows you to have multiple points of contact and for their people to build expertise on the unique challenges of selling vs. buying real estate. We initially wondered whether it would be best to have one point of contact, but we had a great experience and understand why they take that approach.

On the sale side, our agent was Dan Lesniak. We also worked closely with his Senior Marketing & Client Success Agent Brianna Byrd. Dan’s knowledge of the Arlington condo market is unrivaled. In my Phoenix building in Clarendon, Dan used to be a resident and has been involved in the purchase or sale of approx. 50 units. Their approach to bring in a stager and do premarket activities allowed us to sell the condo very quickly and for top dollar. Brianna did a lot of the details on the sales side and was very responsive, knowledgeable, organized and on top of all the little moving parts that had to come together for the transaction to close.

Our buyer’s agent was Libby Bish. We found Libby to be organized, responsive and knowledgeable. We had a little bit of a contentious experience with the sellers’ agent, and she handled that professionally and calmly. All in all we had a great experience and highly recommend both the firm and Dan, Brianna and Libby specifically.
