Keri Shull has helped me buy and sell multiple homes. She has consistently found me homes that are not listed on the MLS or other real estate websites. She is resourceful and uses her research team to find homes matching my criteria and then contacts the sellers directly to see if there is interest in them selling. I was tired of bidding wars and knew exactly what I wanted, which made her strategy really attractive to me. She has strong opinions about how to do things. I am also strong willed, so at first I wondered how we would work together, however once I understood her reasoning and listened to her advice (which is hard not to do) I loved working with her. She is an aggressive negotiator and I trust her advice completely. There is a reason why someone takes over a market as competitive as Arlington so quickly. She is excellent at what she does. Although I have worked with many other agents, Keri will continue to get my business.
