This review is for Kyle Russell. I can’t say enough how much I recommend Kyle Russell! We met Kyle after calling the office of Keri Shull Team about a different listing we were curious about. We ended up not pursuing that property but we had been looking for the right realtor for a while, and are glad that led us to Kyle! Buying a home in the Northern Virginia area is certainly a challenge. My wife and I had been looking at homes for about a year and had worked with a couple different realtors, but we weren’t able to land the homes we wanted. With the market being so competitive, we really liked how Kyle was a specialist with helping buyers. During our first meeting, he talked to us about the different strategies that he uses to help buyers, and I can say that these actually worked. We appreciated how Kyle was always extremely responsive and helpful through the entire process and how we felt like he was always looking out for our interests. Kyle was very persistent, in a very good way, which I think is a very important quality for agents in this area. Ultimately, Kyle was able to deliver when we found the property we wanted. He helped us put together a strong offer and we had confidence that he’d put us in the best position to get the home we wanted. And now we do! I would definitely recommend Kyle to anyone looking to buy a home in the area.
