Everyone we worked with at the Keri Shull team was fantastic. Amy Harasz represented us as buyers and Dennis Furey helped us sell the house we were in. Amy was responsive, knowledgeable and incredibly patient as we weren’t the most decisive when it came to picking out the house that was to be our home. We looked at probably a dozen houses together on 3 different occasions and Amy even met us last min on a Fri evening to look at 2 houses that had just come on the market. There were several late night calls too during which she answered our many questions! She walked us thru the buying process and made sure we understood and were comfortable with everything. Dennis Furey and Jessica Pi (on the seller side) helped keep me sane as I worried over every little thing regarding selling my house. Jessica made sure I had the house in order, was ready for the open house, and was a pleasure to work with. Dennis offered expert advice when it came to negotiating the contract and calmed my fears. The team approach was great and allowed Amy to focus on finding us our next home and Dennis on selling our old one. They even recognized the birth of our child (yes, I delivered a baby while under contract to sell my house and buy a new one, yikes!) and provided us much needed and appreciated tasty food after our little one arrived. I don’t know that we could’ve found a better team of agents to represent us during this buying and selling process!
