As a first time homebuyer I was so nervous about the process. There was so much about home buying that I was unsure of: the fees, the loan process, deciding what area I could afford, not only up front but on a continual basis etc.! I was so lost, until I met with Dan’s team, they helped me see both big picture and details about the home buying process in our first meeting, and I left feeling like I can make well throughout decisions. I now feel confident in the buying process, and feel well equipped with information I will need such as timelines involved with buying a house. I would definitely recommend Dan’s team if you are a first time buyer because they can explain things at a very rudimentary level, as well as takes time to help the client understand!
