We were listing and selling a home from long-distance and on a short timeline due to us under contract with another property. Andreea recommended a variety of trusted service people, heavily researched and analyzed the market, took care of appointments to repair the home prior to selling, communicated everything we wanted to do, and even had some friends help take some very large furniture when we had issues donating it at the last minute. Anytime I had questions, Andreea was immediately responsive. Moving and selling (especially long-distance and with tight timelines) are stressful events, but Andreea and her team made it significantly less painful.
