We worked with Amy Harasz from Keri Shull’s team recently to purchase a house in North Arlington. We were very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend both Amy as well as the team approach used by Keri Shull which I believe is the best way to secure a property in a sought-after area like Arlington. However, as this review pertains to Amy, I will focus the remainder of my comments on her abilities. Amy overall was very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and diligent. We had very specific requirements in mind so we realized at the outset that this would be no easy task. Amy was able to guide us through various neighborhoods in Arlington and finally found us the perfect house! We didn’t just get our “must haves” but also our “nice to haves.” Amy was very patient through the entire process and worked diligently to give us thoughtful responses to every question we posed on various neighborhoods and houses. She understood what was important to us and was able to zero in on the right property in a great neighborhood and even a great block. We didn’t feel any pressure from her over the course of the 3 or 4 months the process took. She was also able to advice us well through the negotiation process and following the home inspection. It was a pleasure working with her and we have no hesitation in giving her our highest endorsement.
